I am appearing on the Entrants list as “Registered” for some of my events but not all - why?
As the Division I events require qualification, your status will appear as “Registered” until your entry has been confirmed (“Approved”). Once your entry has been confirmed, the system will generate an email updating you on the change in entry status.
All entries must be received by the posted deadlines no later than 11:59:59 PM Pacific Time.
Check-in times are posted approximately one week after the regular fee entry deadline.

All withdraws must be received by the USFA by the posted withdraw deadline for a refund of event fees for individual and half the event fee for teams.
Withdraw through your membership profile under "Competition Schedule" or by written notification via e-mail to Amanda Ward. No refunds will be given for withdraws after the posted withdraw deadline. Refunds are processed 4-6 weeks after the tournament.
Open to any athlete who is a current competitive member of the USFA in good standing with an expiration of 7/31/2014 or later. Foreign athletes who have a current FIE license (2013-2014), proof of affiliation with their Federation or a USFA competitive membership are welcome to compete.
Athletes must meet age eligibility
DV1: A, B, C on Senior NRPS; US Citizens or Permanent Residents
DV2: C, D, E, U
Wheelchair and Veteran: No Classification requirements
Veteran Team: Not a championship event; no Classification requirements; any 3-4 Veteran age eligible athletes may form a team without regard to club or division affiliation. Team members competing ONLY in the Team competition must submit a NAC Individual Team Registration Entry Form or register online with payment of the registration fee.
Division I Team: Championship event; A, B, C Classification requirements; US Citizens or Permanent Residents. Team members competing ONLY in the Team competition must submit a NAC Individual Team Registration Entry Form or register online with payment of the registration fee.
There is no petition or waiver for Division I Nationals, the fencer either meets the qualification standards or does not.
Fencers must be 13 years old by January 1 of the current season AND
^ Points will be awarded for places 33-64 at Senior, Junior and Cadet NACs and Championships if there are at least 160 fencers in the competition. These points will be used for seeding national competitions. In order to be considered on the point standings for the purposes of selection or qualification for each category there must be at least one top 32 result and the total points must be at least: 275 for senior; 165 for junior; 110 for cadet.
* Age adjusted for the 2014 Division I National Championships: For the Junior NRPS, fencers with birth year of 1994 will be “aged out” i.e., eligible birth year range = 1995-2001. For the Cadet NRPS, fencers with the birth year of 1997 will be “aged out” i.e., eligible birth year range = 1998-2001.
