All withdraws must be received by the USFA by the posted withdraw deadline for a refund of event fees for individual and half the event fee for teams.
Withdraw through your membership profile under "Competition Schedule" or by written notification via e-mail to Amanda Ward. No refunds will be given for withdraws after the posted withdraw deadline. Refunds are processed 4-6 weeks after the tournament.
Open to any athlete who is a current competitive member of the USFA in good standing with an expiration of 7/31/2014 or later. Foreign athletes who have a current FIE license (2013-2014), proof of affiliation with their Federation or a USFA competitive membership are welcome to compete.

Cadet and Veteran: No Classification requirements
This year's Annual Veteran Fencers' Dinner will take place on Saturday, December 14, in room A301 of the Dallas Convention Center from 7-9 p.m.
At this dinner we will announce the Fencers of the Year and present them with their awards.
We are limited to 80 people, so please RSVP early by emailing email@example.com. The cost is $40 per person, paid by check or cash at the door. Your reservation is a commitment to pay.
All veteran fencers, family, friends, and coaches are welcome to attend. This is not a "closed" dinner.
Attire is "comfortable" -- some of last year's attendees arrived still in their warm-ups having just finished competing!
Last year, the Veterans Committee held a brief 30 minute meeting at 6:30pm for all veterans. Watch for notices about this at the venue in case they plan to do it again.
