All entries must be received by the posted deadlines no later than 11:59:59 PM Pacific Time

All withdraws must be received by the USFA by the posted withdraw deadline for a refund of event fees for individual and half the event fee for teams.

Withdraw through your membership profile under Competition Schedule" or by written notification via e-mail to Amanda Ward, fax, or mail.  Postmarks do not count.  No refunds will be given for withdrawals after the posted withdraw deadline. Refunds are processed 4-6 weeks after the tournament.

Regional (RYC, SYC) Qualifying Results Form
Tournament Organizers:  The results reporting form is available as an export through Fencing Time v3.02 or later.

Eligibility

• Must fence in an RYC or SYC in the the current season to be eligible to enter the same category and weapon
• Current competitive member of USA FENCING or proof of membership in another country's federation.
• The athlete's birth year falls in that age bracket OR on the national rolling point standings in the next younger age bracket
• A fencer must be on the National Rolling Point Standings (NRPS), or participate in the Qualifier for each event they wish to compete in.

Y12 & Y10:  Fencers must fence in at least one Regional or Super Youth Competition in the current season to be eligible to enter the same category and weapon at the April and July NACs.  If entering via paper entry, fencers must state on the entry form the RYC/SYC competition(s) at which he or she fulfilled the requirement for either the Youth NACs. Failure to do so will cause the rejection of the entry.

Youth 14 Team

The Y14 Team is a non-championship, developmental event; no classification requirement. Team members must have a birth year of 1998-2001 or be on the Youth 12 point standings. Any three or four athletes who are age-eligible may comprise a Youth 14 team without regard for club representation or affiliation or division membership. Team members competing ONLY in the Team competition must submit a NAC Individual Entry Form or online with payment of the $50 registration fee by the regular fee deadline.
