    The Pan American Fencing Confederation will host the 2014 Youth and Veteran Pan American Championships on August 20-24, 2014 at the Centro Betico Croes Complex in St. Cruz, Aruba.
    Team USA can bring a maximum of six fencers per weapon per category.
    FIE licenses are not required to compete in this event.

    YOUTH:  Brackets indicate USA Fencing equivalent birth year categories.
    - Youth A (8 - 10 years; born between 2004 and 2006) = [ Y10 ].
    - Youth B (11 - 13 years; born between 2000 and 2003) = [ Y12 ].  
    NOTE:  Those with a birth year of 2000 will use [ Y14 ] to register.
    VETERAN:  Veteran Combined is used for registration purposes only; competition categories are listed below.
    - Pre-Veterans (40 - 49 years; born between 1965 and 1974).  
    - Veterans 1 (50 - 59 years; born between 1955 and 1964).  
    - Veterans 2 (60 years and older; born in 1954 and earlier).   
    ★ FEES
    The event fees are as follow:
    $100 USD = Squad Fee (paid at registration on Rail Station)
    $30 USD = USA Fencing Registration Fee (paid at registration on Rail Station)
    $20 USD = Event Entry Fee (paid at competition)  
    NOTE:  If not selected to the team, the $100 Squad Fee will be refunded; however, the $30 USA Fencing Registration Fee is non-refundable.
    Athletes are responsible for their own travel, accommodations, meals, etc. 
    To facilitate central communications and logistics, Team USA has selected the Tropicana Aruba Resort and Casino as our delegation's official hotel.
    Round trip transportation will be offered between the venue and the official hotels for those athletes staying in the properties.

    Athletes interested in attending and competing in this event must register via Rail Station by July 7, 2014.
